The title says it all and yes, I couldn’t resist…

Play as an enraged Godzilla, awakened from its slumber by man ’s tryst with nuclear testing. Demolish buildings, armies and equipment as you rampage through human cities. Use unique attacks like radioactive fire breath, tail sweep or a landscape flattening foot stomp! Face human enemies in the form of fighter jets, tanks, helicopter gun-ships, and soldiers, bent on bringing Godzilla down.

Graphics
The graphics are pretty standard for Series 40 games in my opinion. Gotta remember there are no 3D accelerators. That being said, I still feel that IgFun did a great job of highlighting Godzilla in his most natural environment. Anywhere that involves destruction.

Game play
The game is truly a lot of fun to play. Actually, this app reminds me of the original ‘Rampage’ console game on the original 8-Bit Nintendo System (NES). You go from level to level simply destroying anything and everything that gets in your way. How can that not be fun? Clear each board as fast as you can with minimal damage to Godzilla and score more points.

Music/Sound FX
Cool MIDI tracks play in the background paired with crisp sound effects as you crush the city.

Controls
Playing Godzilla on a Nokia 6700, so the controls are very simple. Although you do have a lot of different moves as Godzilla, controls are as follows:

Directional pad – Moves Godzilla
Fire button or (5) – Shoot Godzilla’s Fire Breath
(1)    Key – Look/Aim Up
(7)    Key – Look/Aim Down
(3)    Key – Punch
(9)    Key – Kick
(0)    Key – Stomp

This is an awesome game featuring classic monsters like King Ghidorah and Mothra from the original series. So the next time when you are stuck in a noisy traffic jam or stuck in an endless meeting you know how to end it all.
