Is e-mail overload getting you down? So much mail in the inbox you just don’t know where to begin?

Now you can make it go away with a single click of your mouse button. All you need is the new add-on for Ovi Mail called the Mail Overload Manager (or MOM, as we like to call it!).

With MOM’s intuitive, easy-to-follow list of choices, you can easily clean up that bulky inbox, and you’ll be done in no time, ready to move on with the rest of your day.

The MOM app offers a variety of animations – and satisfying sounds – to make the entire experience a little more pleasurable (and to help you feel a little more productive – or is it a little less guilty?). Options include:

• Sweep it under the rug.
• The round filing cabinet – your e-mail crumples up like a wad of paper, and you virtually toss it into a basketball hoop.
• Sawed-off shotgun – for your inner hunter.
• Dynamite – blow it up real good.
• Matches – for that slow, satisfying burn.
• Toxic sludge – watch as it oozes across the screen, melting your mail as it drips from top to bottom.
• Laser beams – photon torpedoes, anyone?
• Light saber – just use The Force, and make that nasty e-mail go away and leave you alone.

Not enough choices? Feel like your mail isn’t suffering enough, MOM offers you one more choice, but let’s think of this one as a last resort:

• Nuke ‘em all – let a higher power sort it out.

MOM is a proof of concept application, and may or may not be released to the public at some undisclosed date.
