It means that the N97 is designed to keep you connected to the world. I've used Symbian since Nokia 7650. I cant wait for the N97:). Its not a Game or buissines or internet tablet or media phone. Its all that combined under a single screen. Its a playground of possibilities.

Alex Meyer – N97 is a Beautiful device but I think you are left hander. coz the phone opens up on left hand side and even the joystick on the phone is lefthand!!! Its a problem to use a Phone if the scroll is on left hand and not Right hand especially for Right handers. cheers!!

It seems to be a good device with not enough RAM. Why cant they increase RAM to 256 MB or so? 128 MB RAM Is not good even on E71, it makes powerful OS like symbian slow.

yes i do agree that it would be ackward for a right hander to use the joystick on the left side. are you coming up with a right side joystick version?

I have always used nokia handsets. N97 is loaded with functions but the RAM is too small and could be very fustrating to run. NOKIA, you have still got enough time to fix it. It will definately make N97 a WOW!!!!!!!

I am an avid lover of NOKIA phones and I have been using many many models of NOKIA phones until now. N97 is just perfect and the left side joystick just suits me as I am a left hander, after all left handed people is never forgotten by NOKIA designer.

I would like to request NOKIA specifically to kindly update the software atleast in this upcomming model,it shouldn't be as like in N95 8GB,which iv used for quite a long time, but was not satisfied with its features like,if you chnage a name in the phone book,that will not reflect in the LOG & MESSAGES, atleast basic things you should take into consideration.
I guess this model may be an updated one,waiting eagerly to hold it in hand if it supports everythin and fits my criteria.

I am a biased nokia user with an N95. I am looking at the N97 and seeing what looks to be good but let down by bugs and speed.Maybe I will wait for the next model after the N97?

I hope your estimates of battery life prove less unrealistic than previous models… The N95 and 5800 I have had are poor in this respect. A super 'phone with poor battery life is not so super..

I have problem keying the keypad because when the white/blue backlight comes out over the white keypad, you cannot see. In very dark place is ok, but normal loight condition, it still lights up and impede my using of the keypad. Designer Axel- pls accept your mistake and get it fixed up. I went to Nokia svc centre, n the technican also cannot see the alphabet on the key. But still they would not fix up for me. Very disappointed. I'm going to sue Nokia if my eyesight detoriate. I m getting headache straining my eyes to key.

Ce qui ma plu avant tout c’est le design, ainsi sa capacité de stockage, qualité d’image en prise photo et l’effet tactile, j’adore mon N97 et je compte sur NOKIA pour améliorer le update, Bravo…
