Long Distance SKATE – The final film!
10.06.11
Here it is! The first of eight Push N8 final films we’ll be releasing over the next two months from our 8 creators!
Produced by a London based group of skateboarders and filmmakers, Long Distance SKATE shows what could be possible with the Nokia N8 Push Skating technology. Using the prototype, two skaters battle against each other to outdo each other’s tricks – one in London and the other in Paris!
We’d love to hear what you think about the video in the comments below! Why not try and name some of the famous landmarks that appear in the video, or let us know your favourite trick!

Where to download the software?
Did you publish the hardware stuff so that others can rebiuld it?
Is it the same project that was made for N900 Push?
Hi Xen!
Push N8 is a continuation of two of the Push N900 hacks, Soldering Skaters and KAPingN900. We haven’t made the software or hardware code available but there’s a ton of details on how the teams developed the Push N900 hacks on the blog: http://blogs.nokia.com/pushn900
