I have the idea to make adapter for N900 from micro USB port to USB A Female with additional power. I want to connect USB modems and HDD. Main is modems for Wimax in Russia. Does someone help me here?

The N900 doesn’t have USB Host mode capabilities so this won’t work. See the discussion over on talk.maemo.org about it:

It can’t do host, but I have a “tinyduino++” on order that has a USB host mode. My idea with that (independent of the PUSH here) you could create a bridge using two.
For modems, you can go bluetooth to a serial modem of various sorts.
